Letters of complaint.

Dear Sir/Madam.
I am writing to complaine about an Phone order i placed through your shop Apple on 10th April.
I order Iphone 2000 and, i was appalled at my phone crash after 10 days ago.
The firstly, this phone was quickly discharged, after this phone stopped work.
I hope you cooul replace the phone. In addition, i feel i deserve an explanation for the delay.
I am sending the item back to you together with my invoice.
